What to Expect

INITIAL CONSULTATION
In our initial 50-minute consultation, you’ll be asked some questions to help us better understand your business, brand, and marketing needs. We’ll then work on our recommendations and estimate.
Cost: $150 - This amount is applied towards any approved project costs. Initial fee is waived for referred clients.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND ESTIMATE
After our call you'll receive a full project recommendation and estimate.
For larger engagements, you can choose which options to prioritize (a-la-carte), or proceed with the full plan (save on larger engagements that are managed in parallel). Once approved, we’ll send you a contract so you can review all terms, pay the deposit and make it official!

PROJECT KICKOFF
On our project kick-off call we'll review the creative brief as well as a customized timeline that highlights important milestones for the engagement. Review the dates and let us know of any conflicts so we can adjust as needed to ensure the project stays on track!

GO TIME
Once the creative brief and timeline are approved, it’s time to get started! Your only job is to review what is sent and let us know about any changes you might want to see made. When all changes are refined and client adjustments made, our team will bring the project to life!

CELEBRATE!
Once the project is complete, we'll remain available to you for 15 days of support to answer any questions, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure you’re completely satisfied.

WHAT’S NEXT?
Need ongoing support? You can choose to continue to work together on a monthly retainer basis to support any other marketing needs as they arise.
